Many people very very upset that OBAMA WILL NOT HAVE HIS FAMILY ON THE PUBLIC PLAN OR KENNEDY PLANS: SEE THIS AND SPREAD IT:
President Obama will not be putting HIS family on any public plan. His promise that “you can have the care that your Senator has” is an empty promise as he made clear at the White House infomercial this week.
The idea that it’s good enough for everyone else but not good enough for elected officials is insulting to the average American.
We should all be indignant that any official would use language like: we will “allow you” to keep your doctor. I think we must stop being sheep and ask: Mr President, who are you to allow me anything? This is my life, my body, my care and my choice. You work for me, I do not work for you. Let’s also stop thinking we need to cut our costs and cut our care: Americans actually want more and better care! They want to live without pain, live longer and are willing to spend to do that. given a choice between cutting costs and getting less care, you know exactly what they will choose. Draw attention to the Safeway plan (steve Burd) or the whole foods plan? they are excellent examples of free market solutions. But to get to those we must stop the current train wreck. Read more
